Pro is one membership, shaped around your profession
For actors, crew, directors and producers. The same Professional membership whether you act, shoot, cut, write, produce or direct — what changes is your profile: an actor gets headshots, a reel and acting credits; a cinematographer gets a visual portfolio; a director gets filmography, festivals and awards.
Creating a production and managing its cast and crew additionally requires authority over that production — it is a permission, not a different membership.

Reading the community is open to everyone. Posting, replying and reacting need a profile connected to your account.
Moderation is not a plan and cannot be bought. Submissions are reviewed by a small number of appointed moderators.

Membership buys the tools, never the badge. Verified Professional is applied for and reviewed by a moderator, and no payment can award it.
Questions, answered
What is the difference between Free and WFC Pro?
Free lets you maintain your profile, claim your existing credits and explore WFC. Pro adds professional profile tools and lets authorised filmmakers create and manage productions, artwork, cast and crew. Your saved profile stays with you when you upgrade.
How much does WFC Pro cost?
WFC Pro costs $99 USD per year, billed annually, not monthly. Eligible new members start with a 90-day free trial. A payment method is required; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first payment.
How do coupon codes work?
Enter your WFC-issued code at checkout. Stripe confirms whether it is valid and available before you subscribe. A valid founding-member coupon reduces the first paid year to $49 USD; later annual renewals are $99. The discount is not permanent.
Can I cancel my trial or annual renewal?
Yes. Open Billing in your WFC account and choose Cancel renewal. Access remains until the end of your trial or paid period, and your profile and credits remain saved. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids the first payment.
Which payment methods can I use?
Secure Stripe checkout accepts eligible credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on compatible devices when your wallet is set up. Wallet availability depends on your device, browser and location. PayPal is not currently offered.
Does Pro membership include a verified badge?
No. After work on three distinct productions is recorded, eligible Pro members can apply for WFC verification, including during the trial. WFC reviews the profile and qualifying credits, requests relevant evidence when needed and awards the badge only after moderator approval. Three credits on the same film do not count as three productions.
Do I need to create my profile again after upgrading?
No. Create or claim your profile once. Upgrading keeps your saved profile and credits, and returning Pro members go straight to their workspace to add or edit films and credits.
